A tree has been chopped down in the small parc surrounding the Palais des Academies on the side of Lambermontstraat. One of the tree’s branches which reached over the fence has previously been used to tie up an electricity wire. The workers who removed the tree cut this branch on both sides of the knot in the wire, leaving a small woodblock dangling over the pavement.
