Lamp fill
In front of the Palais de Justice small cobble stones are inserted in the pavement. You will find a line of these, along the roadside. In 2016 these squares were circles. Not stone but glass. They still contained the fittings of lamps, although they were clearly at the end of their lives, which is now definitely confirmed by these replacements. See older post below.
