Blue EU concrete barriers

Concrete barriers have been placed along the Belliard street, to separate cars from pedestrians, cyclists, office buildings. I presume this is done in the spirit of wanting to prevent for deliberate attacks using the car as a weapon. Useless to say that cars are killing machine anyway, which is very noticeable here, the exhaust gasses are super dense for anybody walking the street. The blocks have then be decorated with blue plastic sheets that carry the starred ring logo of the EU.
